It's high fibre gluten-free chapati flour with buckwheat, milled and blended to produce superior and softer chapatis. Some individuals may be allergic to wheat or other grains that contain gluten, such as barley and rye.

I haven't tried using buckwheat in this particular recipe but it is a flour that I have worked with before. FOR BEST RESULTS Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 Teaspoon of any oil of your choice to 250g of our flour.
