In this case it was the h who needed the marriage and because of a couple of chance encounters over the years she wanted the H. So I quickly grabbed this one up even though its the middle of a series, but from what I could tell, this series can be read as standalones. Not to mention, their first meeting when she was younger; which kick-started this entire book, wasn't talked about enough.

She arranged the marriage to benefit her, since she needed to be married to be CEO, and he was TOTALLY against the marriage, but had no choice since his family made the contract behind his back. Although she is the CEO of Peery Diamonds, she needs to marry to get access to her money and company. The media said Luce stole Sebastian from Gabriella, they usually shit on Luce so even if it hurts she’s used to it. Enjoyable MOC story where for a change the heroine wants the MOC so she can meet the ridiculously antiquated terms of her grandfather's will that will allow her to be CEO of the business.

He plans on stripping Luce of her title as CEO of Peery Diamonds, which is so fucked up since he knows she loves her company. I was so saddened by it if I am being honest because there were just some answers I wanted our characters to get that they didn’t receive.

Sebastian said he didn’t mean for this to happen, at first he was mad but after he thought she needed more experience, he didn’t know it was Bianca’s fault. I reckon the writing style I came across might be more suited for a younger crowd, possibly influenced by K-dramas or Korean culture. Her business is jewelry, and the expansion into Korean engagement couple rings was pretty interesting.But what she doesn't know is that Sebastian's family forces him into a loveless marriage, and he vows for revenge against those that would force him into such a agreement. I was recommended this book by a friend on bookstagram as she knows how much I adore arranged marriage.
