While testing the Stingray TT, I had a chance to have a conversation with Rob Lang, one of Indi’s partners and designers. I'm not aware of what process they use to manufacture the face of the wedges, but the entire face has the appearance of either a sand/bead blasting or some type of chemical etch to rough up the surface. To see the Indi ATK wedge stop these right next to where I wanted it to be with a range ball was astounding!It took me a few weeks and a few buckets of balls to actually TRUST that the ball can stop dead on the green.
