They’re fine for boiling things but if anything involves a sauce then I usually use a non stick pan because sauces do tend to quickly burn on the bottom of the stainless steel ones. I would say it is a good set and variety and perfect for space saving option but not the best quality.

Yes I followed the instructions and tempered them first, but they were still never as good as non stick. Two years later, Tefal was created to produce non-stick frying pans and it gradually expanded its range. Especially being able to pop the frying pans in the oven and not have to worry about burning my hand on the handle.
