This gorgeously golden-amber cognac is alive with the aromas of lime and liquorice, with juicy notes of plum, raisin and crystallised fruit of quince, with an oaky undercurrent and a hint of toasted hazelnut.

After heating the wine in traditional copper pots, we leave the sediment to settle, using only the clear surface liquor, which is distilled in the traditional Charente double distillation method. Whilst we will always endeavour to supply the vintage listed for a product, there will always be instances where we will have moved on to a more recent vintage before we get a chance to update the description. We are the only Cognac house to distil clear wines in this way, producing exceptionally fine eaux-de-vie.
