This version of the Cyberman has a slightly different look to the previous Cybermen, including a larger helmet and sleeker chest unit, has 'tear' ducts included in the eye holes and piping down the side of it's legs. A similar, but with black helmet bars, Animatronic Cyber Leader figure can also be found but is subject to limited availability.
