Both the fragrance and lasting power are equivalent of a body spray, and I find the bottle a little kitschy. I'm NOT saying that other perfumes lighter can't be worn by more mature women, Everyone can wear EVERYTHING they want, I'm just saying that this one can be worn by someone more mature, if anyone is interested in this perfume.

The composition of Katy Perry Purr is developed by Firmenich perfumer house, combining top notes of peach, forbidden apple, gardenia and green bamboo with the heart of jasmine, pink freesia and Bulgarian rose and the base of vanilla orchid, creamy sandalwood, white amber, coconut and musk. After that mellowed I thought I was going to like this, as the coconut and sandalwood started to come through, but then it turned awful again - possibly the rose and/or amber with the vestige of the fruity top notes was just a scrubber.The fragrance is not offensive because it has a really poor projection so you could totally wear this at work or school without any complaints because it doesn’t project much at all. This long-wearing and intense eau de parfum requires just a light application to last throughout the day.I thought it's going to be a sugary sweet fruity body mist type scent,very childish,but it's far from that.

Sick of it wife wears it most days as it was a gift it’s originate and she works in a hot sweaty job and as a reault the smell becomes worse it seems cheap not tarty not musky just too synthetic there is no warmth excitement or interest.A little peachy, a little coconutty, and deliciously sweet, with a lot of gardenia and a hint of something green.
