About this deal

All Zealio V2 have reduced wobble that's less than Holy Pandas, while managing to be even more tactile with a bigger, smoother bump as well. Bump starts at the very top of the keypress, no pre-travel. SOUND: Ok this is weird. I always disgusted zealio for the sound, but dammit, this changed as well. Overall, I liked the combination of great tactility, smoothness, and a noticeable bump with a satisfactory feeling for the Zealios v2 switches. The second one is minuscule, barely noticeable by anyone but an absolute nut (hello!). The bottom out force of 78g is slightly less than that of the Halo Clears. That means, after the tactile bump, you’ll be slightly more likely to bottom out. The Clears have sort of a cushioned bottom out that makes them more difficult to bottom out, and usually a little quieter to type on. However, I’ve found that the tactility is so high that I usually bottom out less anyway. Overall

The Zealios V2 switches are four variants with 62g, 65g, 67g, and 78g bottom-out force. Zilent V2 Review Zealio– The 67 g Zealio switches feel Crisp & responsive with a tactile bump feeling at the top. They have more cushion during bottom out than the 65g Zealio V2. Zealio 78g - For those that prefer a slightly lighter MX Clear, but want a bigger and smoother bump than MX Clears / Holy Pandas. Tactile bump is round and snappy at the very top. From beginning to end, the spring is heavier than all other Zealio variants. All Zealio V2 have reduced wobble that's less than Holy Pandas while managing to be even more tactile with a bigger, smoother bump as well. The bump starts at the very top of the keypress, with no pre-travel. The Tealios V2 are a boutique linear switch offered by ZealPC which features a 67g spring, Gateron-made housing, and a smooth, linear stem in Tiffany & Co. blue, no I'm not joking, the pantone for the stem is inspired by Tiffany & Co, and it's adorable. It sets itself apart from color from Zeal's popular purple Zealios, Hermes orange Healios, and pink Sakurios and Rosélios switches. It’s not every day you get to review something as groundbreaking as this, and I’m already on Thanksgiving break and procrastinating on studying, so why not add a few more comparisons for the hell of it? Zealios V1 (62g.) These seem to be in the same camp as the Outemus and are a bit less wobbly. The bump happens at a different place on these guys though. Zealios V2 switches are upgraded versions of Zealios switches that are a tactile type of switch constructed by Zeal PC and come with a slightly lower wobble and smoother tactile bump. Note: when i compare to Holy Panda, i compare with a HP with a bottom stem cutted out (the HP stem is longer and the tail hits the bottom, making a very infuriating sound to me).

Zilent– These have the heaviest spring among the Zilents. For those who prefer a slightly lighter MX Clear but want a more significant and smoother bump than Holy Pandas. The tactile bump is round and snappy at the very top which leaves a great experience. Ok this might be an option over Holy Panda or Zealio v2. This kind of switch has probably the biggest PEAK in tactility. A wonderful UK based operation which sells singles to switches that I’ve used above in my comparisons for collectors and the curious alike. Matt has gone out of his way to help me build out big parts of my collection, and buying something using this link supports him as well as my content! KeebCats UK Please note that PCB-mounted switches can still be used in many plate-mounted keyboards. As long as your PCB underneath has 2 extra holes next to the center post, it will support PCB Mounted switches and add extra rigidity to your build. If your PCB does not have the extra holes, then you can simply cut the small plastic legs off to make them Plate-Mount! I actually haven’t tried these so I can’t give any take on them but I just wanted to list them as part of the market because that they are.

The damping rubber inside Zilents V2 has been reported of deforming (or moving) with use, increasing the pre-travel. [3] Variants There have been reports of the early examples with clear bottom melting more easily from the heat of a soldering iron than other switches. Zeal PC offered the purple switch in a 65g variant with a milky bottom like regular Gateron KS-3. To you, the guy who likes tactile switches? If you’re hopping from MX brown and looking to step up, I’d honestly recommend trying different tactiles that are a bit less tactile than these ones. Step up slowly and see what you like before stepping off the deep end, you know? If you’re already off the deep end I definitely think these are worth it. If you need a quieter and tactile switch, then the Zilents v2 would be your choice. These switches are a bit on the premium side. All Zealio V2 have reduced wobble that's less than Holy Pandas, while managing to be even more tactile with a bigger, smoother bump as well. The bump starts at the very top of the keypress, with no pre-travel.
