The sequence near the beginning where the (unmorphed) Rangers see the Zords in the hangar is original footage. In Go-Busters, each of the Zords were kept in their own separate hangar (scenes that are later used in this and future episodes). Zord (b): Any giant fighting machine (vehicle, animal, or robot) reserved exclusively for a Sixth Ranger or Extra Ranger that usually possess the capability to combine with Zords from the core fleet for more advanced formations. Throughout the season, the Galactabeasts are seen interacting with the unmorphed Rangers, necessitating new footage (although some shots were made by compositing the Lost Galaxy characters over Gingaman footage). They are also introduced in the show being captured, something their counterparts didn't face. Also, the Galaxy Rangers make use of the Astro Megaship, something never used by the Gingamen and once again doing more space travel than Galaxy Mega. First shown off during the Power Week event at the end of August were renders for 2 upcoming figure releases in Wave 13 being the Dino Charge Blue Ranger and Beast Morphers Yellow Ranger. An asteroid heading towards Earth is part of the two-parter's storyline. All shots of the Astro Megazord, the Delta Megazord, Mega Winger, and the Mega Voyager interacting with the asteroid are exclusive to Power Rangers. The mecha fights in Zyu2 footage can be considered a precursor to original Zord footage. While it was filmed by Toei (the company behind Super Sentai), none of this footage was featured in the original Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger and was made solely for use by Saban for Power Rangers. A closer analogue would be when Zyu2 footage of the giant monsters was edited with footage of Dairan'Oh from Gosei Sentai Dairanger in Season 2 by Saban. A year later, the Megaship has been turned into a museum with Alpha 6 as the curator and overseen by Damon Henderson before launching with the new space station Terra Venture. After Maya of Mirinoi comes to beg for help against Furio, Kai convinces the two to help him steal the ship to rescue his friends after they go through a portal to the planet. After escaping Mirinoi with the Quasar Sabers and becoming the Galaxy Rangers, the Megaship becomes their base of operations but is rarely used. TV STORY- Quasar Quest In the universe of Power Rangers the Zords are colossal (bio-)mechanical robots. Some are sentient while others are just piloted machines. When monsters grow to incredible sizes the only way the Power Rangers can fight them is by summoning and piloting these enormous war machines. Usually this will happen towards the end of every episode.
Zord form: A classification of Zord characterized by transformation. ( Yuffo, Hisser, Tresnag, Vivixes/Vivizords, Scrapper). After Andros (incognito, before Darkonda found him out) wins Zordon's Key Cards in a card game with Darkonda and others on Onyx, the Space Rangers locate the Mega Voyager hidden on Ganymede. Made up of a combination of five vehicles: Mega V1 formed the thighs and lower torso. Mega V2 formed the shield and head. Mega V3 formed the legs, upper torso, and the primary weapon. Mega V4 formed the arms and chestplate. Mega V5 formed the feet. The Mega Voyager is thus far the only Megazord combination without the term 'Zord' in its name (It is also, with the Mega Winger, the only Megazords so far that share names with their original Sentai counterparts). The former Turbo Rangers and Alpha 6 receive the Astro Megashuttle from NASADA as they seek to chase Divatox when she leaves Earth after destroying the Power Chamber. TV STORY- Chase into Space In Space [ ] The shots of the Stego Spike Zord climbing through the ground and meeting Javi is unique to Dino Fury, not even edited from a Ryusoulger shot. Although it was initially advertised, the toy version of the Spiral Saber went unreleased in American markets due to being deemed unsafe for children. The Tricera Zord's tail is seen drilling through a cave to free Chase from a cage. While Dricera's tail does the same thing in this episode's counterpart, it was a bunch of athletes it freed rather than a Ranger (which is a moot point as none of the athletes and Kyoryugers look like Chase) and the tail is seen from a different angle (negating the possibility that the athletes were merely edited out and Chase put in their place). On that note, only the shot of the tail coming through was original: the rest of the footage featuring the Tricera Zord is of Dricera. The Astro Megazord had two unnamed finishers; the first (and most commonly used) was energizing the Astro Megazord Saber with yellow pixelated energy before unleashing a devastating energy slash. The less commonly used finisher involved charging up the Astro Megazord Blaster to maximum power and unleashing a devastating spiral blast out of its barrel strong enough to obliterate monsters.SCALE COLLECTIBLE FIGURE: This scale puts the Dino Megazord figure into the company of the great model kids and displays that exist The battle between Psycho Pink’s Monster form, the Galaxy Megazord, and the Astro Megazord was shot completely for Power Rangers, save for a few Megazord forming shots. The only times GingaiOh and Galaxy Mega appeared together were in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman vs. Megaranger and the 199 Heroes movie, neither of which NeziPink appeared in.
