About this deal

Hart considers himself a prime example of how a change in mindset can lead to bigger and better things. He was never meant to be where he is today – a renowned actor, author and entrepreneur. In theory, he should never have escaped his rough neighborhood.

Jenna Bush Hager Says Her Dad's Own Struggles With Alcohol Helped Her Talk About Matthew Perry's Death With Her Young Daughter Me? Well my monster is a multi-headed monster. My monster’s first head, is the “not me.” It’s that monster that says, it wasn’t me - nope, I didn’t do it (pretty sure my kids have this monster too!) The “not me” monster also touts the phrase - it can’t, and absolutely won’t happen to me - others yes, but hell to the no - not me. I mean what he says is pretty true but I didn’t like the delivery. Or maybe it was the descriptions of each trait needed. Or maybe it was how he came off like it was so easy and how well he does if. I don’t know. Maybe I’m just not the right audience.Humility is the key to staying grounded, even when your circumstances are lifting you onto a pedestal. And it’s not hard to practice it – you just need to remember one fundamental truth: no one is better or worse than anyone else. We’re all just people.

Hart draws on his own experiences and lessons learned from his career in comedy and entertainment to illustrate the principles he advocates. He shares stories from his own life and provides practical advice on how to overcome fear, doubt, and uncertainty, and how to make confident and decisive decisions. I have to say, I admire Kevin Hart, but I found myself at the end of the book without actually remembering anything in it. This is not a criticism on the book, maybe it speaks more about my state of mind when I listened to it, but Kevin's voice has the same tonality all throughout narrating, which means you have to pay extra attention and cannot leave the book to play while you're doing other tasks. This book is so much better than it has any business being. The only reason I read it is my kid likes Jumanji so he wanted to read this book together. I figured it would be some easy cash grab using Kevin Hart’s name to appeal to kids. I figured the best case scenario was that the book would be shallow and fun and harmless. I was surprised to find that it’s an actual book. I am not sure how much Kevin Hart had to do with the final product ( established YA author Geoff Rodkey is credited in the book) but this book is really well done. The last tool we’re going to talk about is humility – something that becomes incredibly important as we begin to reach our goals.

Where is Matt Logelin now?

Hart admits that he didn’t always think this way. During arguments in the past, he would automatically default to feeling like the victim. Now, he stops and takes the time to ask himself a few important questions. In The Decision, Kevin Hart describes how training his mental fitness helped him become the success he is today. He believes that anybody who follows the same mental fitness training regime will become a better version of themselves. Kevin provides a wide range of practical tips to help you reach everybody’s life goal: living for you. I Love all your books and if it doesn't interfere with your family time hope that you right and read many more.
